Hello + Welcome!

Iron is a crucial element for maintaining good health, healthy skin, strong nails, and thick hair. It also helps to combat oxidative stress and speed up wound healing.

Many plant-based foods are rich in Iron, which can brighten the skin and boost immunity. For example, half a cup of spinach, which is highly nutritious, can provide 20% of the body’s daily Iron requirement.

Many people, particularly women, are concerned that they may not get enough Iron on a plant-based diet because non-heme Iron in plants is not as well absorbed as heme Iron in animal foods.

However, adding Vitamin C-rich foods to your plant-based meals can easily solve this problem. Studies show that consuming foods high in Vitamin C in the same meal as plant-based foods rich in Iron can boost Iron absorption by up to five times!

My Iron-Boosting Green Protein Smoothie is a delicious combination of Iron and Vitamin C-rich ingredients providing 90% of the daily Iron requirement for women!

This smoothie is perfect for women who are menstruating, as it has a high iron content that can quickly and easily boost daily iron intake. Monthly blood loss can cause anemia, which is common among women of childbearing age.

If you make this smoothie a part of your daily routine, you will increase your iron intake, and it will also provide you with a significant amount of folate, vitamins C, A, and K, calcium, copper, magnesium, manganese, and omega-3.

The most iron-rich ingredient in this smoothie is chlorella, which is a type of algae that is highly nutritious. Chlorella is associated with various health benefits, such as reducing risk factors for heart disease, improving blood sugar management, and preventing iron deficiency anemia.

Chlorella is also a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins C, A, and riboflavin, as well as zinc. The easiest way to include chlorella in your diet is to add it to smoothies. Its mild taste blends seamlessly with the other ingredients.

Before incorporating chlorella into your diet, talk to your healthcare provider, especially if you’ve never had it before. Although generally safe, chlorella may affect people with asthma or other allergies.
