Fibre-Boosting Butter Bean Cauliflower Soup

Instructions
Chop the cauliflower into florets. Also roughly chop an onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and then cauliflower. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add beans and all the spices.
Add veggie broth and simmer on low for about 15 minutes.
Once cooked, give it a good mix and let it cool down.
Place it in a blender and add some nutritional yeast.
Blend it until you achieve a creamy consistency.
Garnish with some white sesame seeds and sprouts.
